All adminstrative matters, like finanancials, book keeping, administration et cetera are done at the MTL-office in Leer (Germany).
MTL is a member of the Hartmann Group and operates a fleet of modern ships that fully comply with the highest safety, environmental and performance standards. This ensures that MTL is not only competitive in the shipping industry itself but in the transport branch as a whole.
That is why we only use modern and fast vessels that are perfectly equipped for the high quality of transport required by loads ranging from paper to containers and from bulk goods to huge steel pipes. We take pride in the unique position we have in sea transport.
This is due not only to our multi-functional fleet, but also to the experience of our crews and our use of a supercargo for loading and unloading cargo needing special attention. The vessels of MTL sail to and from ports in Northern and Western Europe, the Mediterranean, the Black Sea and the main inland ports in Europe.
Where possible, we also arrange transport from door to door!
